We are excited to announce the merging of Beynon Insurance Agency with CB Financial Services Inc. subsidiary, Exchange Underwriters.

Exchange Underwriters and Beynon Insurance have agreed to merge, effective August 1, 2018.  This merger brings together two long-standing Southwestern Pennsylvania independent insurance agencies, both built upon the premise of providing personalized service to their customers.  Beynon was established in 1912 and Exchange Underwriters was established in 1952.

Both Exchange Underwriters and Beynon are locally owned and operated independent insurance agencies, built upon the same values and culture.  We offer stability, knowledge, experience, personalized service and a consultative insurance approach.

Additionally, Bill Cunningham will join the Exchange Underwriters management team as Chief Operating Officer; Richard Beynon will join the Exchange Underwriters Board of Directors.  This will allow them to continue their involvement in the insurance business going forward.  Mr. Beynon will continue to lead Beynon & Company Real Estate, which will not be impacted by this merger.
